We, at the Asian Football
Confederation(AFC), are delighted that the 3rd
edition of China Football Expo , will be held
from 15 to 18 July 2004 in Beijing. |

| China Football Expo
2004, as it has done in previous years, will bring
together the world’s football family, including
FIFA and AFC, to see the enormous potential of
China as a football market for the future. This
is especially true in the year 2004, where the
event will coincide with the 100th founding anniversary
of FIFA, the 50th founding anniversary of AFC,
the 80th founding anniversary of CFA, and Asia’
premier football event, Asian Cup China 2004.
thus, 2004 is of great significance to China,
Asia and the international football family. |

| Next July will see the whole of
Asia focus their attention on Asian Cup China
2004. We greatly look forward to China Football
Expo 2004 increasing the impact of this attention
through their efforts to further develop football
in Asia. |
